Q: What ingredients are used in your candles?
A: Eco-friendly coconut wax, fragrance oils, cotton wicks and glass jars. All of our candles are phthalate free, cruelty free and vegan.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We strive to bring you the best possible products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Offset LA will offer a refund on unopened and unused candles within 14 days of your delivery date. All other items are also eligible for full refund within 14 days of your delivery date.

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Please allow 1-3 business days for process and shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Q: How do I send an order as a gift?
A: Please leave a comment during checkout if you want to ship your order as a gift. If you would like to include a note to the recipient, please include it in the comment box during checkout.
